sp2 has a bit of wireless stuff in it, and upgrading has left some of my systems fine (wireless, that is) and others completely whacked.
I'm happy a simple driver update fixed it.
Try gently tapping the non-moving fan in the center. If that dosen't fix it try blowing all of the dust out. (not just the stuff you can easily see...) Most fan are "self righting", that is they will try to balance out. if...
