I have a $100 coupon from dell, should i buy one stick of 512 memory from them or upgrade my hardrive to 60g 7200, I have one stick of dell 512 in the system already or would it better to buy these from other than dell.

I had the same problem, my system took me over the limit and they would not let me pay the additional balance by another credit card. I went through 3 reps who told that I can do it but they could not do it, finally the fourth one told...

airborne and dell finally found the laptop on the 22nd october, in a way it turned out better for me as i found a coupon which saved me 25% plus they gave me $100 credit, so I ordered today, now I have to sit and go through the torture...
