definately get external speakers..laptop speakers are almost always horrible...i picked up the Creative SBS 350 with a wooden subwoofer (cheap system, but the wooden sw makes a hell of a difference)..sound is amazing now...

lol i dont get why people have this weird acknowledgement of indian customer service..the education standards in india are actually higher then in north america..they have slightly different accents and they stick to the traditional...
