What would be the name of the 2.8Ghz processor? And why is the average temperature of my graphic cards 90 degrees even without running games?

I have a ASUS G70S and am wondering if there is any room for upgrading this notebook. It currently has a T9300 processor, 4Gb RAM, Dual 8700M GT SLI and 2X320Gb HDD.
