Be careful when saying the 620M is much faster than 720QM I know higher clocks but two less cores. And yes I know that, that means in some usage 620M will be faster. But in others it will not. I know most games are not quad threaded...

If you go TL64 all are 35w TDP even 65nm. That said it might not make or break but you are adding additional thermal stress. HP is not known for handling heat well.
