ok.. well he didn't want to believe me and what I was telling him so he sent an email to Alienware. The support representative at AW told him that yes even with the 1006 revision motherboard it is no problem upgrading to the FX5700...

I just told him and he flipped lol. He's just told me it will be on eBay this week and he'll replace it with a Dell because they don't lie. haha
