Isn't the cheapest like the uniwill n223ii0? It only has a 12.1" widescreen and integrated graphics, barebones can be had for ~$600 ish. Or the asus m3n with 14.1" for around $650.

true, but while your at it you might as well get one of the best thermal compounds, if not the best.

I have an asus m5n which is also small like the uniwill. At full load it used to be 74 degrees C for cpu according to mobilemeter, after arctic silver 5, it has dropped to ~64. I would definitly put some arctic silver on. BUT......

Unless your talking about the 32xx series thin and light. They are pretty good quality and a very good bang for the buck.
