I've only got a month left on my original warranty. So as soon as I get my unit back from Sager, I'm going to be doing some heavy gaming just in case they didn't fix it properly.

Did they wipe your harddrive and reinstall windows?

Also, what did you guys send back? Absolutely everything? Or just your laptop and it's powersupply? Do I need to send the external floppy and driver CD's?

I just opened up every panel and removed my CPU heatsink and blew everything out. There wasn't much dust in there at all. But it's spotless now. It took 3 tries to get it to boot up. I just watched my CPU temp go from 40 to 59 to 48...
