ive tried that now, still, same problem..
I guess its a hardware failure, which would be devastating, cause thats means money out of my pocket =(
After a long time trying everything, i restored the notebook by reformatting to factory defaults.
The fingerprint device is now working again, but, the sound problem remains. Thats a nightmare =/.
I could get some more info about it,...

im going to install now this realtek driver.
