The fan is clean...How can I check the chipset driver?

Hi. I recently got back my asus from RMA. Everything is fine but the CPU fan is always on. I've tried older bios but all that could do was shut down completely the fan...Any ideas? My bios is the 0708...Where can I find older versions...
