Seems my issues are not quite resolved... Connection will occasionally dissapear totaly (seemingly triggered by being at range..??) and not return untill i unplug my AP and plug it back in again! Speeds (at range) will vary wildly...

Nah I could connect to my wireless network as soon as i received it back, and it only allows my old mac address and my flatmates apple mac's mac address.

Anone got a link for maxi vista or any other program for 2ndary monitor via ethernet? Or even via wireless? sorry im an idiot. Found it.

Got the notebook back today. Its fixed! Not sure exactly what they did to it, but they seem to have put an older (different) set of drivers on it; 8.0.12.9000 and an older version (rather than the current i tried) version of the pro...

They are both very very simular... The sony one claims to have 2mb L2 cache, is that possible to get a dothan of 1.1 GHz? If that is correct, the sony one will be noticibly faster!

Frame rates were pretty low yes.. Couldnt tell you exactly what as i didnt look. It didnt give me any hinderance in playing the game though, just took things a little more cautious than usual. Check the sentia forum, plenty people...
