Ok. So it is a jack for sure cuz I can wiggle the jack and it'll shut off. But now I'm pretty sure it might be over heating for some reason and shuting of randomly without movin the computer. And then it won't turn on and stay for a lil...

Ran another test come to find out that # 2 and #7 are bad on the harddrive...

Yeah it's not possible to start with os disc in or any discfor that matter unless I open it with a small screwdriver manually... And even when I do that nothing happens.... What is this os disc I are talking about? Like the recovery...
