i think the problem is audiodg.exe. apparently its very buggy. you should turn off any enhancements including dolby to see if it is any improvements to your gaming performance.

sorry to point out the obvious but have you set the battery to high performance? i have a acer 6530G with the same specs, it seems fine apart from the Cpu running a bit hot. let me know if this is the prob.
