Thanks qhn. I can't create a DsrFIX dumpfile because DsrFIX is located on a bootable cd, which is read-only, and I have no floppy drive. I formatted Partition 3 as FAT32, and DsrFIX successfully restored the PBR 3 label as DellRestore...

I have restored the DSR partition using Easeus Partition Master and also restored the Ctrl+F11 feature using Dsrfix, but now the PBR 3 is indicating "NTLDR is missing" so the partition will not boot to begin the DSR process....
