anyone have any luck installing XP on DV6?

tried that it came up with the same error. even tried a different XP pro and key and still does the same thing.

Ok has anyone ran into this problem? My dads gateway 200ARC will come up with an error saying it cant find the procduct code. He replaced the HD and cant get it to reinstall windows. Anyone have a cure? Thanks!

did you try the ultimate boot cd yet? I think that one has some tools in it as well.
