Thanks for responding. I have XP Pro SP3 I re-installed the drivers from Sony, ostensibly 10.5.1.59. My wireless is working fine, but I'm getting an error message telling me that my driver 12.20.11 is incompatible with my software...

Have any sz260p owners found later drivers and software than Sony provides...that work?

Yes...mine was getting too hot to handle. I opened up the bottom (four screws), used compressed air to blow out the dust. It took 10 or 15 minutes to get it all out. No more heat problem

I just installed a 7200rpm 500 GB on mine. Runs way better than my old drive Got it on ebay after a search on sz26p drives
