I'm idling 40 right now with only WINAMP playing some tunes. I'm in minorly cool room. If you live in a very hot area, you'd probably not see temperatures as low as 35. My average idle is probably 39. I don't idle 35 very often, but...
Be aware however, that's not an option for everyone. And that I haven't seen any serious side effects yet of not proceeding with reapplication. As long as you're careful when taking the heat sink off in the first place anyway.
Oddly enough, the version available on the site the absolute latest bios version. I had V146 1.00.03b before the update, which was one of the first bios updates from november. and V146 1.00.03 is dated April. I think they just removed...
When I removed the heatsink there was a a bit of AS5 on both the processor and the heatsink. It was still in a very pasty form, but was solid enough to remain stuck to the processor and heatsink.
