well i don't know if its ok, but as I tried to use compatibility with windows vista, i just ignored the "access denied" error then it pops up another window, I just next next til it go to "verifying bios...

it asks for operating system, and theres no windows 7 option there.. xp and vista only... O.o does it matter?

i can't update bios because there's no update available for windows 7 in HP site. :O
