DVD itself is ok, I've cheked on the other laptops, my DVD can read/write CD and Civ 4 DVD, however i can not detect Oblivion DVD. It spin it a little , and hang with LED lighted. Any advices ? Is it bad DVD ? Can any patch fix/trick...

When it come to warranty, the main question if you are US resident or not. If you are not in the US better try to get local warranty in your country, if it avalable.
Any rumors about M570U with GF7900GTX ? It would be a great solution, the only disadvanatge of M570U is ATI X1800XT instead 7900GTX..

Latest I heared G80 will not support DX10. They wern't able to make working unified shader . No wonder. Unified shader make GPU more like general vector processor, That is a huge leap in technology, like form 2d video card to 3d hardware...

I agree, disk is bottleneck, and raid/high burst wouldn't help, because theproblem usually a lot of small files. Though RAM disk or extrenal RAM disk may help (never tried it though, and it would make system less reliable)
Fully loaded it s probaly best laptop for gaming (if it really shipping) by performance. However performance/price ratio is not so good - you are overpaying considerably for Quadra card, if you are using it only for gaming and not for 3d...
