Could be...I'll pay special attention to them...Would the system notice/complain about overheating literally 2 or 3 minutes after being powered on, though? Doesn't it take a little while for the thing to overheat? I think the error...

Powered it up one more time and it booted all the way through...came up with a message saying it had previously shut down automatically as a result of overheating...Probably, do an extensive cleaning and then boot up and run...

Just hit the power button after waiting a few hours and the LCD came on and said it was loading bios...then it powered down and refused to power up again...is that standard with a bad motherboard? or could it be something else?

Hey folks...big catastrophe here...kid knocked an almost empty (but not empty enough) glass of wine onto my 9100. I immediately shut off the power, took out the battery and flipped it over. Waited a day, then took it apart and cleaned...

Haven't seen a normal mr9800 on ebay in ages...anyone got any ideas what one would go for....how about a hard modded card??? Was thinking of buying a 128 card to stick in it and selling the 9800...then selling the 9100 with the 128 card....
