I had a W4554, and was listed that way, then Dell mysteriously changed it to the Y4014 on the website. Some further checking shows I still have the W4554.

Just saying it's a possibility. I'd suggest not installing that version he originally had, since it's crap anyway, and check out other DVD player applications, or even the normal version of PowerDvd.
