But why fan doesn't work? if there is a motherboard problem it couldn't start! Instead motherboard works fine Only fan doesn't start. cpu overheat and finally shoutdown.

hi everyone, i have Acer ferrari 4005wlmi, the fan doesn't run and the battery doesn't charge (i tried another battery too). The motherboard works , so i don't which is the problem. have you ever seen this issue?
