I had this issue with my SLI 260M when I had a bad driver installede. I did a safemode boot, ran CCleaner before I uninstalled the driver, restarted back into safemode ran CCleaner again, then I booted back up and it logged into windows...

I did that, and magically I had it shutdown for about an hour cause I was not using it, I turn it on and it starts working again magically. thanks for the advice though
