Guys I got the replacement inverter today and I got the same result. Voltage in but no voltage out. Any ideas? Does anybody know exactly what voltage I should be seeing and varying? Thanks.

Well I opened up the shielding and there are two wires that are completely bare which is why they had continuity with the shielding so I guess that is fine, so back to the inverter again.

yes that is correct the external video works fine. Does anybody have the exact voltages that are supposed to go through the cables going into the inverter?
