The sticker on the memory module might say PC2700, but in reality it might not be running at that speed. If the motherboard can only support PC2100 memory then the the module will clock down itself to that level.
Run CPU-Z and check...

Yeah! they arent as bad as some people make them out to be. Support is outsourced, but that is not something new & almost all major brands do the same. They are well built for the price. No issues from my experience so far..

If you want to run @ 2.0GHz on battery power then try using Crystal cpuid or RM Clock and disable Power Now(change power setting to always on). With crystal cpuid you can also set custom voltages and cpu speed steppings.
