You have to download WinPlash or something, you can flash your BIOS when your still in windows. Im sure there is a downloadlink for that program on the same page as you found your bios. The support site of acer.

Probably you have Alcohol 120% installed, or daemon tools, or something like that :P I had the same problem, uninstalled alcohol and i was able to install SP2 (and later removed it again because it isnt any better then SP1) good luck
