My primary reason for deciding against Sager was warranty. I've purchased 2 sagers in the past (both through PCTorque) and while I didn't have any trouble with the first one I did with the second. The warranty repair ended up costing...
XP may be hiding it as a "unused" icon. To find out right click on the start menu, on the taskbar tab select customize next to "hide inactive icons" and set on ac power to "always show"

If the image persistance is bad enough Dell will replace your screen (assuming warranty of course). Also it should take a LONG time for an image to persist in the screen.
Hey guys, I'm concerned about the longevity of the drive on this machine if I watch a lot of TV on it with MCE. Appearently it buffers 30 min of TV and there's no way to disable this buffering. Any idea if this will cause problems...

Just to add to my previous post mine could very well be the strike zone.
I got a level and measured mine (it was bugging the crap out of me and I'm anal, what can I say lol)...there's a slight grade. Probably the rubber feet. I stuck a small folded piece of paper unter one foot and it worked well.
Well it appears I spoke too soon. Windows won't boot (repeated blue screen). I replaced the Dell supplied ram and it works like a champ. I guess it's RMA time.
