since many games don't know how to utilize SLi, according to many reviews I've read (because I was considering SLi)--frame rates have actually decreased with SLi on.

I have both XP PRO and Home. I see no noticable difference between the two. I just figured that the Media Center Edition has more media features that I definitely would use. Plus XP MCE is that much cheaper than XP PRO.
