I just received my Sentia, it has BIOS 1.03 is this the version you are talking about?
After waiting nearly a month, my Sentia finally arrived Saturday, all weekend it's been locking up and has yet to pass a SiSoftware Sandra Burn-In test. Monday's discussion with tech support should be interesting.
I just received my sentia, in the first 24 hours it has locked up/frozen a lot. I don't know if it is heat related but I can not get it last more than 30 minutes when running sisoftware sandra burn in test. Just in case the problem...
ANYWAY ... to answer the initial question, my Sentia is going to be delivered 25 days after it was ordered. And now that it is in the hands of fedex and out of the hands of Alienware I feel I finally have an ETA I can trust (Saturday).

While in general I agree with Hucks comments, the Sentia does not have many configuration variables. Hard Drive, Memory, CPU, CD/DVD and a yes or no decision on the PCI NIC. I've never seen a Sentia in person or read a Sentia manual......
