Can anybody help me with a step-by-step of how to install the bios update?? I have the 8790 Bios v. 1.00.10 file if you can help me.

I have been trying to update my bios using the newest version, but I have not been able to figure out how exactly to do it. If somebody can give me a step-by-step guide as to how to go about updating it, it would be greatly appreciated.
