its all good. My motherboard/case (the way it was laying in there) blocked the card from sliding fully into the PCI-E Slot.......a little work with the Dremmel, and VIOLA'!!! It works like a dream
I looked on Anandtech and Toms Hardware.......all I see are GS's tested with HL2 (which is a source engine game too) but no GTX's....If it helps, they were in the high 90's FPS so you should be well over a hundred if your running optimal...
on ur disk ther is a utility called AI Flash, or something like that..... install that and then burn the new drivers and BIOS to disk, and press Alt-F2 on POST screen to boot them off the CD......then load as normal.
