Changed the lines to '1' and has pretty much eliminated the issue.  As for 'moving the lines' to the lower right - no idea

the only property source that appears whichever manner to approach it is the Synaptics Pointing Device which contains no option for such as stated previously

Only product on the machine is Synaptics controller.  Current driver is only one offered at website.  It should be an option, if not only like a profile option such as docked/undocked.    

Not an option on Lenovo running Win7.  It's KILLING me!
