the hard drive is fine  i have the original recovery disks a copy a copy of windows ex and a windows 98 boot disk nothing works the cd rom drive works fine im thinking i wiped out the drivers for the cd rom thats why nothing will...

whats that i put a Windows 98 boot disc in turns out the hard drive wasn't fat 32 or ntfs it did the f disc thing booted with CD ROM support no luck

please help i recently formatted my hard drive on a dell insprion  2650 with Derick's boot and nuke when go to install windows xp it wont load i have the factory recovery disc and and a copy of windows xp  cant do nothing...
