call Dell, insist on someone who speaks ENGLISH, and tell them what video card you have, and THEY will tell you if its a DVI-Dula Link card. If its not, it WON"T DISPLAY AT FULL RES WITH THIS MONITOR..

DUAL DVI LINK CARD IS THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE THIS WORK!! Sorry about the caps, but its all over the Dell website..

there are so many other top notch custom PC vendors out there, its a shame that AW will continue to lose tons of market share over stuff like this..no one should be treated like this especially when spending several thousand dollars for...

I think DVI D stands for DVI DUAL, which, is what some large, high end monitors requre your video card to output to..The highest end vid cards, (7950gx2, x1950xtx) and those that are similar, meet that spec...you really only need it for...

Alienware shipped him the monitor; ALIENWARE should take care of the problem..its just as simple as that.... Its things like this that really are giving Alienware a terrible reputation..
