do u really want a laptop from a major distributer like toshiba or sony? because for that money, u'll get a lot better machine spec-wise if you buy an asus m6 or similar ODM notebook. look around on these forums for ideas on what to get....
if u want cool, something that will turn heads, like some other ppl have already suggested, its all about the x505. thin is ALWAYS in. sure u could get some gaudy-@ss alienware or voodoo or falcon or commie red acer, but no one cares...
if i have a 512 and a 256 stick, should i stick the 256 in the more easily accessible slot on my m6 (underneath the cover) and have the 512 in what i would guess is the "primary" slot? will this make a difference (noticeably)?...
what's better? power4gear or speedswitch for m6's? i've been using speedswitch cuz it just feels easier to use, but no idea about the pros and cons of each.
