If I remember right, nVidia has some problem with DX9? Or was that old news? Whatever the case, HL2 programmers had to make a special thing just for nVidia because nVidia refused to utilize DX9 programming or something.

I've heard things about new competition for the iPod coming out within the next year. If you can wait, maybe you can see what they look like. They're supposed to be 1/2 the price of an iPod. Question is, will it look as cool? =P
