Looks like just what it says, that the free version can't be installed on servers. For whatever reason it thinks your computer is a server. By the by, I'm a bit anal over spellings and grammar, so I wanted to point out the topic title.
I still think a FAQ would be better to reduce redundant posts. We've tried to make one before and it always failed. So...mods? Up to you?
