Doubtful. I would be willing to bet the iBook has an IDE drive and the Macbook almost certainly uses SATA. You can double check all of this most likely on iFixit.com though. Seablade
Oh... you are stuck with an OEM install/recover disk aren't you? Bah that is annoying. One thing you can do is use a LiveCD of Linux to wipe the hard drive then, again no external enclosure needed. Seablade
