I prefer to build my own PC’s. Every 12 – 18 months SSD is Pretty important and becoming more so.

I never found a used one but they did have them at Sager last I checked. I think it was around $40 but not sure if I'm remembering the price correctly. Just email Sager tech. The computer still needs to be fixed but I never got around...
I would think the Sager 5620 in the same ... use Sager site.

Good choice on the Dell. I was only modifying my negative post on the Everex. It does deserve several negatives but much of it can be overcome with work ... too much work in my opinion (for many people at least) but it may be worth it...
The Everex xt5000t can be tamed. Use rmclock to undervolt and it runs cooler (much cooler). Replacing TIM with Ceramique helps. There are further cooling mods I have not tried but it is now usable and idles in the 50's...
