dude... i got that mj-12 system, with the quadro fx go1000 and a 3.4 ghz processor for exactly $3006.74. the only difference is i didn't get the mouse!

i own that exact system and annihilates maya 6 (in a good way). it is the best laptop in terms of render time that i have ever used. i don't know about 3ds, though.

no such luck. the drivers won't install over the old ones. they won't even install after i uninstall the old ones. i called up nvidia and they said told me to contact alienware. i think i will.
