nothing new here: received my wuxga today. same story as ya'll. LG model. Quite glossy as well as sparkly. Big time improvement over the wxga i had. I'm glad im going for the wuxga however I'm NOT glad I have to spend hours fussing...

Invoice says w5411, but powerstrip shows the model as SEC5857. Nasty bottom left / bottom right dark areas with a bright center

so what are you suggesting... ordering a new laptop from scratch or calling them up and asking for a new replacement one please?
