i got the lapcool 4. the cable's pretty short. only just reaches from the USB on the left of my acer8104 to the back of the lc4.

the crashing got worse. i sent it to acer to fix, they replaced the mobo, cpu, and heatsink. and i got a notebook cooling pad. seems better now

i got my 8104 in USA, had ITW service in New Zealand (my permanent address is there) no trouble. they didn't ask or check anything about residency. Don't know about Chile tho. one thing - you cant extend the ITW - it's 1 year only. Only...
