If I understand your question right, the integrated graphics are chips that are on the motherboard itself, basically. So yes, you could still install a PCI-e graphics card if you wanted.
When I bought my Compaq as a back-up system, it had integrated graphics. It still had AGP though. The funny thing was, I couldn't put in my old PCI card I had laying around. The motherboard only worked with an AGP graphics card....

Meh, am I the only one who likes the silver? I was actually going to go for the black, but then I'd figure it would pick-up on dust too much, especially fignerprints, since I know I wouldn't be able to take my hands off it.
