It is common for laptops to make noise when plugged into their AC adapter. Use a common ground lifter (two prong adapter) with the AC adapter, and your problems should vanish. Mine did.

If you still have it with the battery (and the AC isn't plugged in), then you don't have a grounding problem. Check the threads for IR disabling. Otherwise I would call Sager.

Are you using the adapter with two prongs? That's what got rid of my noise. Search this site for other audio problems. I have also turned off my IR from the control panel.
