go to www.sysinternals.com and download Process Explorer. When it hits 100% again, run this program and see what is consuming the cpu under explorer.exe. post here what you find please.

get the stop code and post it here. look in your event logs and it should be in there.

those images make it look pretty big... I would swear that's a 17" screen on that. It would make sense to use a 17" screen for TV too, it would be easier to see from a distance for the cameras...
