You can already upgrade from an X300 up to a 6800 card. It's not hard to imagine an upgrade beyond 6800 when it does become available. This is assuming, of course, that Dell will support it through bios updates as well.
The reason why I still use FAT32 is to have universal low-level hardware access to my system (in other words, DOS ). IMO, the best tool you can have against ANY virus/adware is being able to boot up in pure DOS mode.

I have a 9300, but from what I've heard the 6000 is a carbon copy (with respect to looks) of the 9300 just smaller screen. Very solidly built, no creaking. Only gripe is the touchpad buttons are too loud when clicking.
