are you saying you can add 1 gb in the free slot or does this entail going into the laptop? i have an extended warantee so i don't want to to anything to break it.

i have good success with mine. i use the lynksis with speedbooster. i used to have it on the 3rd floor and used my lappy primarily on the 1st and i was always connected. i would lose it every once and a while, but it was going through...

great product but too pricey for me. will be nice to have when i do my heavy duty traveling to watch mets games!

or did it not come with one. why would they give you a dvd burner and not give you software to use it????????????? all they give you is nero, but that is useless. i think it only makes dvd-data cds. it can't call up my mpeg...

the general answer i have gotten to this question is you cant get replacement footies, so you have to get something similar elsewhere.

i just brought my new chill mat home, and it looks to small. does anyone use it with the 7405gx? or did i buy the wrong one? do they make one for widescreens?
