You can try sticking them in and see if they work. Maybe they really are PC4200's, but the website description is messed up. They should either be PC5300 or PC4200.

I have two i9300's with both LG screen. They're great, I don't see any sparkles or graniness nor anything wrong with them at all. They also only have slight light leakage. They look pure beautiful and I love them.

Hmm, I've never heard of PC4300 before, but maybe that's just me. XPS2 supports only PC4200. I'm not too sure if it supports lower speeds, but definitely not a higher speed.

Yeah, that ram should work with your i9300 fine. If you want to be sure, try www.crucial.com and select your i9300 in the make/model menu and it will lists all the compatible rams.
