I gotta admit this is one of my wost wanted games, aside of DOD:Source and good old HL2. The SP demo really scares the shit out of u just like good ole Half-Life did back in '98 and looks set to be good.

As a side note, I would say ask them for a full refund, and contact PCT for a Sager notebook, as they are the same models but I have been seeing that PCT offers better service and may be a little more helpful.

Still it's pretty bad for it to need Extra cooling like that, and in fact there must be no extra requirements like that for it to work in the first place.
Also I think the warranty swap around times are horrible

Dell has got my respect in the area that the XPS 2 will be able to use the newer 7800 cards without any mobo, powerbricks ect changes.
The Sagers seem to be suffering from this and most need a new mobo ect to be installed before...
