I have the 1.00.02S Bios and 1.00.93 KB Firmware....but i'd like to update this bios and hope that it will get rid of the annoying speed up/slow down to constanst speed that happens when the fans kick in...

I upgraded the firmware to the one that is supposed to get rid of the chirpping sound...and thats alot better, but now when the fan does kick in from idle it appears that it kicks all the way to highspeed(either that or another fan does)...

I saw that the new alienware area 51m has an 8800 mAh battery...is that comparable to the 5680 dual battery setup in size, weight, performance since each battery is 4400mAh?

I'm hoping for the 5680 before Sept 1st at PennState...but that might be pushing it.
